Yes. Optional one-hour follow-up sessions are available for CA$125. They offer space to answer new questions, revisit your profile and fine-tune your direction, communication or next steps.
No. INsight relationship guidance is a practical, holistic and educational process—not therapy or clinical couples counselling. Using Nova profile insights, Jennifer helps you understand how each person communicates, what each needs and which patterns may be creating distance. The focus is on awareness, compassionate communication and concrete ways to reconnect. Couples dealing with trauma, abuse, crisis or significant mental-health concerns should seek support from an appropriately licensed professional.
